Everest base camp budget trek 12 days is a moderate venture. The terrain has rough and steep sections that demand good fitness. You walk through densely forested paths and rugged foothills. Every day it is 6 to 7 hours of walking. The lifestyle in the mountains is very simple to what we are used to in cities. The modern comforts are very limited.

As the trek progresses, you may feel the pressure of the high altitude and remoteness of the region on your body & mind. Therefore, we always say physical and mental fitness both are needed for the Everest budget trek. The later part of the trail also involves glacial walking and gets very steep.

Great experience of Everest Base Camp Trek !

I could not believe myself that I was able to get 5000 high from sea level. It blew my mind when I start thinking about Everest Base Camp, the high hills, beautiful air, White Mountain and lovely people is what made my trip so special. I felt well looked after and supported all times. I highly recommend you to visit trek with Experience Company like Welcome Nepal treks rather than beginner.
