The journey begins with a lovely drive from Kathmandu or Pokhara to Phedi. We get to see terraced fields and green hills on the way. From Phedi, we follow a gentle trail that ascends through gorgeous Dhampus village and goes to Tolka for the night's stay.

The trail from Tolka to Sinuwa involves pleasant walking. We'll walk past Landruk village and descend to Modi Khola. Crossing a big suspension bridge, the trail enters Jhinu Danda and steeply ascends to Chhomrong. From here, we'll follow a downhill route to a river and ascend to Sinuwa. The mountain vistas are stunning on the way.

Today, the trail leads to Annapurna base camp. The path widens and gets less steep. We walk on a stone staircase and walk past the avalanche-prone area. The mountain views are prominent along the way. Passing by the base camp of Mt. Machhapuchrre, we trek on a rough trail to Annapurna base camp. We'll be spending the night at the base camp in a lodge.

After having breakfast, we'll follow the same trail back to Dovan. From here, we descend through lush forests. The trail goes via Deurali and Himalaya before taking us back to Bamboo.

From Bamboo, it's a pleasant 30 minutes jungle walk to Sinuwa. The trail descends to Chhomrong Khola and from here ascends along a stone staircase to upper Chhomrong. We walk to Komrong Khola and walk via Komrong Danda. From here, it's another 30 minutes walk to Ghandruk village.
