4 Days Bhutan Tour Package

This is short Bhutan tour of 4 days which will cover Paro and Thimphu. Paro is the North west part of Bhutan and Thimphu is the Capital of Bhutan. Both the places offers you amazing eye-catching scenic views of the world’s highest glacial peaks, beautiful monasteries, museum, painting school and experience of Buddhist lifestyle.

The captivating valley of Paro offers attractive beauty of nature, myths, culture and legends. Paro is the home to various oldest temples of Bhutan, monasteries, Bhutan’s international Airport and the National Museum. There are ample collection in the national museum such as thangkha paintings, textiles, weapons, household objects and rich collection of national & historic art crafts. Visit to Rinpung Dzong which has fine wall paintings describing Buddhist tradition and lifestyle. Thereafter, you will visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the 108 temples built in Himalayas by Songtsen Gampo, a Tibetan King. Next day, you will have full day sightseeing to Thimphu. The capital shows amazing integration of modernity and tradition. Sightseeing in Thimphu includes National Library, Institute for Zorig Chusum, National Memorial Chorten, Handicrafts Emporium, Textile and Folk Heritage Museum and Trashichhoedzong.  National Library has large collection of ancient Buddhist manuscripts and texts along with modern academic books especially on Himalayan religion and culture. Institute for Zorig Chusum is also commonly known as Painting School at the place which offers course of 6 years on 13 traditional Bhutan arts and crafts. Handicrafts Emporium run by the government. National Memorial Chorten is a monument to world peace. Textile and Folk Heritage Museum provides alluring insights to the Bhutan’s way of life and culture. Trashichhoedzong monastery has various government offices and secretariat building.
