Some lodges at lower regions have private rooms with attached bathrooms but it is difficult to find at higher altitudes. The facilities become more basic as you ascend to higher regions.

    Your standard meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) during the trekking are included in the package. You will be served with varieties of dishes on breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and dinner will be served from the teahouse or a lodge where you spend the night whereas lunch will be served on the way to the next destination. Breakfast in teahouses includes options like porridge, muesli, eggs, toast, and sometimes pancakes or chapati. While in lunch you have option of noodles, pasta, fried rice, sandwiches, etc. in the dinner you can have most popular Nepali dish dal bhat tarkari or noodles, fried rice, soups, etc. there are also varieties of hot and cold drinks.

    As for the drinking water you can find the bottled water, tap water and hot water along the route in teahouses. The price of water bottles become expensive as you trek higher. It is cost-effective to use a refillable water bottle and fill the water on the trail. But it is important to treat water with purification tablets. We recommend trekkers to carry water purification tablet and drink water only after purification. It is very important to stay hydrated during the Annapurna base camp 10 days trek.
