11 Days Manaslu Circuit Trek: Trekking Itinerary, Map and Price

11 Days Manaslu Circuit Trek is an incredible trekking journey around the world’s 8th-highest peak exploring the wonderful vegetation, gorges, and farmlands of the best off-the-beaten trail path. It is a fun lower altitude trip than Annapurna Circuit Trek making it a good alternative for the Annapurna Trek. The Manaslu Circuit Trek allows you to explore the natural treasure filled with flora and fauna, adventures, and lively experiences. You will trek through the lush bamboo forest getting closer to the lifestyle of the local Gurung people whom you get to meet on the trip.

Walking through the trekking trail, you get to come across mani walls, old monasteries, prayer flags, and traditional settlements. It definitely gives a sense of inner peace and serenity. Itinerary

The Manaslu Circuit journey starts with a drive from Kathmandu to Arughat Bazar followed by another drive from Arughat to Machhakhola. The trek gets going from Machhakhola to Jagat, Deng, Namrung, and Samagaon where you have to walk for 6-7 hours every day. After reaching Samagaon, you would be acclimatizing while encountering the truest beauty of the Manaslu Trek in the form of MBC, Birendra Lake, and Pung Gyen Gumba. The trek continues forward through the beautiful bamboo forest with the backdrop of the mountains to Samdo and Dharamshala followed by Bimtang via Larkye La Pass. Continuing the undisputed trekking journey to Dharapani followed by a drive leads you to Bensisahar. You will be getting on a drive back to Kathmandu that marks the end of the lovely Manaslu Trekking journey.
