The Short Poon Hill Trek is one of Nepal's best short classic treks that gives you access to the beautiful Annapurna region. The Poon hill trail explores the lower part of the Annapurna Conservation Area. The trail connects you to the local families from different communities like Gurungs, Magars, Thakalis, etc. The Poon hill trekking route is well made and extremely beautiful as most of it passes by rhododendron forests. Trekking to Poon hill in the spring season is the best time to enjoy blooming forests.

Short Poon Hill Trek Also known as the Ghorepani Poon Hill trek, this trekking package is a great family adventure activity. The trail is easy, so all the members of the family can participate in it. The sunrise from this viewpoint is phenomenal and comes with stretching 270 degree views of the western Himalayan mountains. Morning about 5 Am about Trek to Poon Hill (3210m. - 2 hrs) and enjoy the sunrise view over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Himalayan range and back ghorapani after breakfast Trek down to Ulleri (4 hrs) and then drive to Pokhara (3 - 4 hrs) (BL)
